Anyone with Vista/7 know about Boost?

I was thinking of getting a fast 16gb flash drive and dedicating it to Boost but does it really give you any gains? Will it improve game play?

I'm running win7 64bit and have 6 gb ddr2 memory.

From what I know it replaces your hard drive cache file with the flash drive. So yes, it should be alot faster.
